Job Title: SCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in implementing and managing complex Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, technical configuration, data conversions, testing, and deployment of large-scale SCM implementations.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS technologies, including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing modules. The successful candidate will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and articulate end-to-end business processes and key integration touch points.

The selected individual will work closely with our team to manage the execution, documentation, and timely approval of project deliverables, while controlling scope and executing the change management process as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall technology experience, preferably in Oracle EBS technologies
  • 6+ years of experience in managing complex large-scale Oracle EBS upgrade/implementation projects
  • Experience in managing at least 1 large end-to-end implementation project, with teams composed of internal and external resources
  • Hand-on experience in Oracle SCM configurations, data conversions, testing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team management, communication, and customer interaction skills
  • Very good understanding of functional/technical architecture of Oracle Apps
