Job Title: Senior VMware Cloud Foundation Expert

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to support our global customers with their VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical guidance and support for VCF upgrades, including SDDC, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, vRealize Suite, and VCF on VxRail.
  • Participate in VCF upgrade planning, remediation, and technical consultations to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Administer and troubleshoot complex components including NSX, vSAN, and VxRail to maintain high levels of system availability.
  • Act as a VMware Administrator across enterprise environments, ensuring consistent and efficient operation of our customers' systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, vSAN, and VxRail is essential.
  • Familiarity with SDDC, vSphere, and vRealize Suite is required.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in weekend on-call support is necessary.
