Key Role: HR & Admin Manager

Job Summary

This is a pivotal role that oversees human resources and office administration functions, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, compliance, training, and engagement while overseeing day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, interview candidates, finalize hiring, and manage joining formalities to onboard new employees effectively.
  • Attendance & Payroll: Monitor attendance, overtime, and leaves; ensure accurate data for payroll processing, reducing the risk of errors or disputes.
  • Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain proper records of employees, including ID proofs, joining documents, experience letters, etc., following IRIS documentation standards for confidentiality and security.
  • Performance Management: Maintain job profiles, define KPIs, support appraisal cycles, and ensure updates in the Performance Management System (PMS) to measure employee performance accurately.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and support employee skill enhancement to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Employee Engagement & Support: Organize employee engagement initiatives, resolve grievances, and ensure a healthy, positive workplace environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
  • Statutory Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and support ISO/IRIS audits by maintaining accurate records, meeting regulatory requirements, and minimizing audit risks.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Experience in payroll management, attendance systems, and HR software tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities effectively.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Experience in handling ISO/IRIS audits and compliance documentation to ensure compliance and minimize audit risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field to possess relevant knowledge and skills.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors to demonstrate expertise and competence.
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations, compliance, and office administration to showcase leadership and strategic thinking.
