Job Overview:

The Senior Administrative Associate role is responsible for providing administrative support in the areas of accounting, finance and human resources. This involves a range of tasks including preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting staff with their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and other relevant data.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and performing other tasks as required.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration and other HR-related tasks.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to finance and HR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with CA Inter and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
