Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Technical Support Specialist to join our Cloud Software Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to customers of small to medium size, scope, and/or political complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides advanced technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Performs sophisticated problem analysis and isolates problems of moderate to high complexity.
  • Works closely with Engineering teams to resolve product issues and understand product goals.
  • Shares product feedback with Engineering teams and improves product stability.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5-7 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 5+ years supporting IT professionals.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Linux/Unix systems, storage technologies, virtualization technologies, and networking concepts.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
