Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Chat Support specialist to join our team at Rapid Works.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients via chat, email, and other communication channels.
Your primary focus will be on resolving users' problems with computer software and hardware, covering areas such as software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve user issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and concise technical guidance to clients via various communication channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to effectively address complex issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
