Job Summary:
Vodafone Idea Limited, a leading telecom service provider, seeks an experienced Strategic Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise telecom products and services, with expertise in solution selling and consultative approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers at key enterprise clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of enterprise telecom products and services, including solution selling and consultative approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level decision makers.
