Job Summary:

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise telecom products and services, with expertise in solution selling and consultative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers at key enterprise clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise telecom products and services, including solution selling and consultative approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level decision makers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
