
Sales Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design, architecture, or allied fields, who is passionate about design and skilled in building meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients in the architecture and interior design sectors.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Negotiate and close contracts that align with client needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and case studies.
- Collect client feedback and success stories to support promotional efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving approach to business challenges.
- Experience with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Details:
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
