Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales operations. The specialist will also be involved in training sessions and workshops to continually improve sales strategies and techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in conducting or participating in Training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales is a plus, but not required
