Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales activities. Additional responsibilities include training new team members and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. The Sales Specialist will also work closely with customers to understand their real estate needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales abilities and experience in Sales Management
- Experience in Training subordinates
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using real estate technology platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
