Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, presenting products to potential clients, and closing sales. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, meeting with clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with the sales management team to strategize and achieve sales targets and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and developing sales processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the sales industry is advantageous
