Job Title: Compensation Management Executive

Job Description:

The Compensation Management Executive is responsible for leading the compensation planning and strategy process. This includes reviewing and amending policies, procedures, and documentation as required.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of payroll-related documents and ensure accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Collate data from payroll sources to support strategic decision-making.
  • Administer benefit plans and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Supervise and direct payroll teams to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.
  • Direct workload to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Resolve issues related to payroll production and performance manage team members for growth within the organization.
  • Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with internal and external audit requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in SAP and a strong understanding of payroll management principles.
  • Current designation as a Manager or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of new legislation impacting payroll and ability to understand its implications.
