BNY Mellon, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Workforce Planning & Management function. As Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive headcount strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate headcount forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and implement effective workforce management systems, ensuring seamless integration with financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Lead a team of workforce analysts and professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, ensuring headcount strategies are aligned with broader business goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal and operational risks.
- Utilize data analytics to drive informed decision-making, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in workforce management or a related field, preferably in a large-scale organization.
- Proven track record of successful headcount controls, cost optimization, and reduction strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams in a global environment.
- In-depth knowledge of workforce management systems, headcount and financial modeling, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
