
Regional Business Director

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the operational and financial performance of our business units. Your primary responsibility is to drive profitability by effectively managing revenue, cost, and equity investments.
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers to ensure seamless customer service and proper customer segmentation.
- Closely monitor branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through new product launches and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients within the locality, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the branch, including risk management and administration tasks.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Proven experience in team leadership and customer relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of the equity market and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NISM certification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry.
