We are seeking a talented leader to oversee the success of our region. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the performance of our business operations.

You will take ownership of key initiatives such as product launches, process improvements, and category expansion. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders to deliver results-driven solutions.

  • Contribute actively to strategic decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth analysis.
  • Develop a strong understanding of design principles and customer experience to maximize business outcomes.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team consisting of Business/Design Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, etc.
  • Establish an ecosystem that fosters successful Design experiences for internal teams and customers.
  • Own the quality of Design Closure for Livspace catalogue products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Furniture & Decor) and essential home improvement services.
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free/error-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat/happy customer experience, E-sat/happy team members.
  • Be the voice of the region and customer inside Livspace, ensuring constant feedback helps improve the company continuously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through a bunch of designers.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills to convey business requirements effectively.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including direct team reporting in past roles.
  • Possesses significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve Design and Design experience.
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, market trends, etc.
  • Strong leadership: Hire, retain, motivate, and look after a diverse team of BMs, TAMs, IDs, LPs, etc.
  • Tracking and training: Train and coach the team on the job, track performance, course correct, and reward appropriately.
  • Customer empathy: appreciate customer problems and be a trustworthy, knowledgeable partner.
  • Be the regional leader, being hungry, humble, and lean.
