Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our team at ASSPL in West Bengal, D36. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall Local Shops seller acquisition strategy and business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on driving operational rigor and exceptional data analytical skills. You will possess excellent communications skills, a consistent track record of delivering results, and the ability to think strategically and analytically about the business and market opportunities and challenges.

You will work closely with the sales and product teams to leverage automation and set up dashboards for tracking metrics. Additionally, you will own the seller success charter to drive inputs quality of launch and hence drive seller business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the Sales team, helping to drive overall Local Shops seller acquisition strategy and business growth.
  • Own the seller success charter to drive inputs quality of launch and hence drive seller business growth.
  • Liaise with sales and product teams to leverage automation and setup dashboards for tracking metrics.
  • Own Seller Feedback and work with product teams to implement SX improvements.
  • Own the defect reduction in execution especially focused on in advertising and order fulfillment.
  • Leverage CRM tools & automation to setup scalable processes for the program.
  • Own, review and align leadership input on seller success execution.
  • Pilot new product interventions to bring about disruption and a differential Customer/Seller Experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Estimated Salary: ₹20-30 Lakh per annum
