About the Role

This position involves overseeing technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and passwords.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance for the manufacturing process.
  • Taking overall responsibility for technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a fully tested comprehensive disaster recovery plan for business continuity.
  • Configuring critical fields and validating for the manufacturing process in plant.
  • Integrating ERP with government portal APIs, requiring master configuration and management.
  • Customizing legal document output forms as PFI, e-invoice copy, COA, PO, interfacing with customers and vendors.
  • Identifying high, medium, and low-priority user issues in daily business processes.
  • Developing and implementing MIS reports for compliance with regulatory requirements and finance needs.
  • Identifying user issues that can be resolved through frontend or backend development, and involving service providers when necessary.
  • Ensuring security of transactions by configuring stop-backdated transactions updates and unwanted user access based on user roles and access privilege levels.
  • Maintaining system implementation, support, system analysis, application integration, and logical system security.
  • Ensuring ERP software is up-to-date with the latest build number to comply with GST and TDS requirements, coordinating with service providers and consultants.
  • Troubleshooting all technology-related issues.
  • Formulating an overall strategy and policy for effective and efficient ERP process functioning.
  • Maintaining all ERP business processes.
  • Purchasing, receiving, and accounting for ERP modules to upgrade business processes.
  • Coordinating with plant IT teams and other departments for ERP implementation and support.
  • Building and managing a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.
  • Identifying training needs for team members and fulfilling them through formal training, hand-holding, guiding, and coaching.
  • Maintaining employee morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Motivating, mentoring, and counseling to achieve desired performance.
