Job Title: ERP Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Specialist to lead the technical setup and configuration of our new Zoho ERP environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of both technical capabilities and practical business process knowledge. The specialist will work collaboratively with our team members who have already begun the setup process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP system with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as necessary to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as required.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing Zoho One solutions, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Expertise in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking principles.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams over Zoom for real-time collaboration, troubleshooting, and approvals.
