ERP Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with cutting-edge ERP systems in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive application support and maintenance for ERP systems, collaborating with business associates and vendors to ensure seamless operation across all modules.
  • Offer exceptional business user support, resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance to users across various departments.
  • Analyze and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.
  • Register new real estate clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting ERP systems in the real estate industry, specifically with Farvision and In4Velocity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities.
