Role Overview

We are seeking proactive and highly motivated Relationship Managers based in India to support our client acquisition and conversion strategy. This role will involve both scouting and sourcing new clients through personal networks and nurturing inbound leads generated via our marketing channels.

  • Identify and reach out to potential investors through your own network.
  • Organize webinars or online sessions to pitch the investment model.
  • Build a steady pipeline of qualified prospects interested in fractional real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities

Client Sourcing & Prospecting:

  1. Follow up with leads generated via our marketing channels.
  2. Conduct detailed consultations to explain the product offering and value proposition.
  3. Drive app registrations and guide clients through the investment process on our platform.

Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat investments and referrals.
  • Provide regular updates to investors about their property portfolios.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive selling approach.
  • Existing network of potential investors is a strong advantage.
