**Job Title:** Investment and Asset Management Professional

Are you a seasoned expert in real estate investments and asset management? Do you have a strong track record of leading teams, driving results, and making informed investment decisions?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Investment and Asset Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate acquisitions across India, with a focus on industrial parks.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze real estate investment opportunities, identifying potential risks and rewards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring and managing real estate assets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and government officials.
  • Monitor and report on asset performance, ensuring that investments meet or exceed expectations.

**Requirements:

  • Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, take ownership of complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop insights, evaluate risks, and solve complex financial and operational problems.
