Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day ERP operations, encompassing multiple modules such as Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, and HR.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain compliance and precision.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Analyze and generate insightful MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes, fostering professional growth.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in ERP (2-5 years).
  • Strong understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
