Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Finance Manager

  • MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management

  • Azure DevOps and Jira Implementation
  • Office 365 Tools Proficiency

Experience Required: 10+ Years of Industry Experience

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all tasks.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.
