We are seeking an experienced Infor ERP specialist to support global projects. This part-time consultant will contribute to high-impact implementations and provide expert-level support in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Infor ERP, specifically with major modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HR. Strong process mapping, configuration, and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize Infor ERP modules (CloudSuite Industrial, LN, M3, or Syteline).
  • Gather requirements from clients and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Provide implementation, upgrade, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
  • Conduct UAT and training sessions for end users.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years hands-on experience in Infor ERP.
  • Strong process mapping, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for remote client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Infor CloudSuite certification(s).
  • Experience with Infor ION, Mongoose, or Birst.
  • Industry-specific ERP knowledge (manufacturing, distribution, automotive, healthcare).
