Job Description:

A Customer Service Education Specialist educates potential customers about our product and service, handles questions, comments, and complaints regarding a particular business, and provides positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to call customers to explain about our program.

• Follow up with customers to ensure about the classes.

• Be able to get trained and take trial classes.

• Manage client relationships, take feedback, and resolve any issues or conflicts.

• Establish and expand relationships with Clients based in the US and UK.

Desired Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.

• Must have a pleasant personality to engage in meaningful conversation.

• Should have good communication skills and be a good listener.

• Candidates should be fluent in English.

• Knowledge of localization is desirable.

• Understanding of accent is a plus.
