Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

The Mobility Support Team is a central hub that bridges the gap between employees and technical solutions. As the first point of contact for users facing issues, this role will handle multiple customer support activities to provide end-to-end Technical and general support resolution.

This position requires French & English-speaking candidates to support our SaaS product (Mobility Practice). The successful candidate will determine the issue, research, and follow-up steps for resolution. Troubleshooting device and networking issues reported by users, this individual will act as a liaison between customers, mobile carriers, client policy, and internal teams to provide accurate and timely resolution.

Key responsibilities include working customer service/tech support via incoming phone calls, email, and chat. Identifying and assisting in resolving all issues identified during regular operations, ticketing all calls, chats, and email support in English and Portuguese/Spanish. Reviewing deliverables of support team members and providing required support and guidance to ensure timely deliverables.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment. The ideal candidate will be able to identify, prioritize, and resolve problems through various mediums and responsible for closure of requests with specified SLA.
