Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to provide exceptional support to our customers. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, and promoting digital solutions to enhance overall service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer first-line assistance to customers on general inquiries and product information
  • Analyze customer needs and pain points through daily interactions and coordinate with the Commercial team to maximise sales leads and opportunities
  • Process customer orders by coordinating with internal functional teams to ensure accurate and prompt delivery in compliance with internal policies and best practices

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Promote and support customer self-service of digital tools
  • Actively promote products and services to customers to increase sales

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Freshers or previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and 'can-do'/problem-solving approach
