Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves initiating outbound calls to prospects, engaging in effective communication to highlight the value proposition, and working towards achieving sales targets through telephonic selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to customers with the aim of introducing skincare products.
  • Engage in persuasive communication to highlight the features and benefits of our products.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
