Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Our company is seeking a dedicated and skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter with our product.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Guide and assist customers on product usage.
  • Handle customer data import/export from production systems.
  • Ensure customer data is properly updated in production systems.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Assist in developing product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-relationship skills – responsiveness, sensitivity, diplomacy.
