Financial Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Financial Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with commercial teams to drive business growth and deliver sustainable results.

As a Financial Business Partner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that meet business objectives. You will analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with commercial teams to drive business growth through analysis of financial data and development of strategic plans.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of commercial arrangements and accurate invoicing and billing.
  3. Support the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives through effective partnership and collaboration.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely monitoring of commercial and contract-related activities.
  5. Act as a query response mechanism for the finance team, providing business context leading to timely resolution of queries.

Requirements:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance or business operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong in business partnering and collaboration.
