We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with expertise in card logistics, dispatch, vendor management, and basic knowledge of card manufacturing. The role involves ensuring timely deliveries, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to compliance standards in logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with multiple vendors for enabling them on various products, ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of goods, and compliance with predefined quality standards.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch processes, including GST invoices, Goods Receipt (GR), E-Waybills, and manage related sales orders, deliveries, and shipment documentation.
- Audit & Compliance: Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring that all logistics documentation meets statutory and organizational compliance standards.
- Logistics Tracking: Monitor and track transport logistics and delivery schedules to ensure communication and visibility of finished good tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in card vendor management/dispatch/logistics operations.
- In-depth understanding of the card manufacturing value chain – OEM, card manufacturing, and personalization process & system.
- Understanding of GST invoicing, E-Waybill systems, and logistics documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good to have - connect with existing card manufacturing vendors.
