Administrative Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage a team effectively, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and optimizing resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise maintenance, security, and general upkeep of office premises, including coordinating with housekeeping staff and managing resources effectively.
  2. Oversee procurement, distribution, and inventory control of office equipment, furniture, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal usage.
  3. Manage floor plan, seating allocation, ID card management, cafeteria management, and office security, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  4. Coordinate with Board members for admin-related matters, providing timely support and effective communication.
  5. Billing, payment tracking, and vendor reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth transactions.
  6. Maintain records of administrative activities, expenses, invoices, and contracts, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Candidates with experience in MNCs and Hotel Industry will be preferred, as they can leverage their expertise to drive efficiency and excellence in our organization.
