Role Job Title Senior Product Manager Function Department Credit Cards Job Purpose You will be responsible for developing and managing our credit card products and programs to drive growth and profitability for the bank Roles Responsibilities Develop and implement credit card product strategies and roadmaps in line with the bank s overall business objectives Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences and use insights to drive product innovation and differentiation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and operations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management Monitor and analyze product performance identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements and pricing adjustments Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our credit card products remain competitive in the market Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support product development and delivery Work closely with the credit risk team to ensure responsible lending practices and compliance with regulatory requirements Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts to achieve departmental goals and objectives Strong understanding of retail banking and credit card products with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategies Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the credit card industry Leadership experience and ability to mentor and develop team members
