Our organization is seeking an HR and Administrative professional to join our team.

About the Role
  • This role involves managing day-to-day HR functions, including employee onboarding, recruitment process management, maintenance of employee records, handling employee queries related to HR policies and benefits, organizing employee engagement and welfare activities, leave and attendance management, general office operations, and office supplies management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, select, and onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. HR Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage time-off requests, and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  3. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engaging events, workshops, and programs to foster a positive work environment and promote employee well-being.
  4. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and coordinate with IT/support services for employee equipment and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 0-1 year experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
