Job Title: UCCE L3 Engineer

  • For this role, we seek an experienced engineer with strong technical knowledge in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions and related technologies.
  • A successful candidate will have experience working on advanced support for UCCE, UCCX, PCCE, and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Responsibilities include developing and troubleshooting Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC systems.
  • Additional duties involve creating MACD configurations for Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will understand VOIP protocols, ITIL process, and Cisco Voice network deployment models.
  • They will also be proficient in integrating VOIP and Performance Management Tools, as well as working with other tools.
  • Staying up-to-date with Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling is also required.
  • Collaboration with Third Party Providers to resolve telecommunication issues and OEMs for incident resolution will be necessary.
  • Conducting advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting, system design, upgrade planning, and creation of technical product documentation will be a key responsibility.
  • As a point of contact for service delivery issues, the candidate will provide team support for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in UCCE/L3 engineering is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.
  • Familiarity with Powerpoint presentation/preparation and Excel-related analytics is preferred.
