Job Title: Leadership Operations Manager

This is a senior leadership role that involves overseeing the operational excellence of an organization.

The primary focus will be on prioritizing and scaling up programs to achieve objectives, while identifying key activities and action plans based on the organization's mission and values.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in leading diverse work teams and implementing organization-wide processes across a broad geography.

Broad knowledge and experience in policy development, project management, and people management in a large-scale organization are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and scale up programs to achieve objectives
  • Identify key activities and action plans based on the organization's mission and values
  • Establish and maintain systems for monitoring and measuring operational management and development

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills in leading diverse work teams and implementing organization-wide processes across a broad geography
  • Broad knowledge and experience in policy development, project management, and people management in a large-scale organization
  • Familiarity with change management and entrepreneurial approaches to opportunity development

Education and Experience:

  • MBA or postgraduate in Development or a similar advanced degree from a reputed institution
  • Minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience with progressive leadership exposure
  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a predominantly supervisory position with a growth-oriented organization
