Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and oversee the operations of our Virtual Medical Centre. This role requires strong leadership, healthcare expertise, and the ability to manage multi-functional teams while ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset
  • Ability to work across operations, finance, HR, and administration
Responsibilities:
  1. Centre Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day functioning of the Virtual Medical Centre. Manage command centre operations and support for doctors, patients, and paramedics.
  2. Team & People Management: Lead a team of 10-12 across operations, admin, finance, and HR. Mentor, guide, and review team performance.
  3. Administrative, Financial & HR Oversight: Supervise scheduling, office management, and command centre tasks. Work with finance teams on payments, collections, and reconciliations.
  4. Strategic & Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with senior management on growth and expansion. Identify process improvements and implement enhancements.
  5. Stakeholder & Reporting: Report centre performance and key metrics to senior management. Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Required: 5-8 years in healthcare management, hospital administration, or operations. Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role.
