Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in team management, with experience in leading teams of up to 10-12 engineers. They will be responsible for educating and reminding their team members on their Key Result Area (KRA) goals and targets, as well as sharing engineer scorecards to enable individual awareness.

A key aspect of the job will be to arrange team meetings and discuss operational issues, with the goal of achieving operational excellence. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing team KRA goals and target achievement, taking ownership of cases, and ensuring progress through backlog review.

In addition, they will be responsible for identifying knowledgebase availability and creating/publishing new Knowledge Base Articles. Jointly with the manager, they will identify candidates for Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and plan for refresher training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of up to 10-12 engineers

Requirements:
  • Mature and goal-oriented professional with overall experience of 5-6 years
  • 1-2 years of managing technical support
  • Ability to manage client relationships
  • Team/people management skills
  • Proven track record in resource management, metrics management, goal setting, and conduct reviews
