Operational Leadership Executive

This is a senior-level management position overseeing the delivery of operational support services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, and possess strong leadership skills to drive results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Team Management
- Manage professional teams through delegation of tasks and responsibilities
- Conduct performance evaluations, compensations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations of team members
- Monitor the teams quality and efficiency of end results and manage all training and development needs of assigned personnel
- Budgeting and Planning
- Create and develop budgets, policy formation, and short-term resource planning
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Apply in-depth knowledge of how areas integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the goals of the entire function
- Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in managing teams
- Strong Excel skills or extensive banking experience with certifications such as CA, CMA
- Team player, detailed oriented, leadership skills, and critical thinker
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
