About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of best practices across all project management processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Monitor project compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, clients, and other key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze cost-benefit, ROI, and other financial metrics to support project decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including dashboards, status reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a PMO team.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Service Now SPM.
  • Solid understanding of PMO responsibilities, risk management reporting, and financial oversight.
