
Senior Operations Manager

The role of a Senior Operations Manager is to oversee the day-to-day activities of our operations team. This involves managing workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of operations professionals to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinate with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
- Coaching/Mentoring: Guide, support, and motivate individuals or teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Team Engagement: Organize team engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to break down simple problems, identify potential solutions, and take action to resolve the issue.
- Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Effective Communication: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs to different audiences.
- Effective Presentations: The ability to create and deliver a compelling presentation, including organizing the presentation, designing visual aids, modulating voice, using body language, making eye contact and demonstrating confidence.
