Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and driving growth, with a strong understanding of business operations and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute projects on time and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Analyze Operational Metrics: Identify trends and opportunities for improvement by analyzing operational metrics and generating reports.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and drive growth.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the execution of daily activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or other similar studies.
  • 7+ Years of Experience: In a management role, with a track record of leading successful teams and projects.
  • SAP Experience: Required, with additional experience in process improvement and root cause analysis a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
