Job Title: Senior Manager - Operations

Job Location: Chennai

Role Objective:

We are recruiting a Senior Manager - Operations with 8-12 years of experience in Project Management and customer relationship management

STEP is a Chennai-based digital education startup and a division of The Hindu. Our mission is to solve one of the most challenging problems of our time: use technology to close India's skills gap.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for Project management of all projects, with direct ownership of large-scale Govt projects.

Ensure that B2B (Corporate & Higher Ed) projects are delivered within the specified Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality.

Establish a good rapport with all clients/stakeholders. Customer satisfaction and retention of existing B2B clients.

Accountable for the Project & Delivery Team's mentor & manage the team to achieve Project Milestones.

Process owner for all B2B Projects, process improvement, process documentation and responsible for ensuring Compliance.

To collaborate with internal stakeholders (Tech, Training, Content, Sales, and Finance teams) to ensure flawless project delivery and process compliance.

To ensure optimisation of revenue through increased efficiency and reduced costs.

Desired Skills:

Experience in handling corporate clients in required.

Experience in Ed-Tech/ Higher Education domain is preferred.

Experience in Project Management, Customer Relationship Management.

Proficient in MS Office
