Senior Operations Manager Role

This is a senior-level position that serves as the strategic lead for managed services. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning staffing operations with business priorities and growth objectives.

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Staffing Operations:
    • Oversee the end-to-end management of staffing processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Global Delivery Teams:
    • Ensure seamless coordination between global resources and onshore stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Program-Level Financials:
    • Develop and manage program-level budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to drive business decisions.
  • Innovation and Value:
    • Leverage technology expertise to drive innovation and value-added services.
  • Talent Strategy:
    • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs and drive organizational success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in operational leadership, workforce planning, or staffing/resource management.
  • Proven ability to lead a staffing function, including managing budgets, performance metrics, and global resource pools.
  • Strong understanding of project-based resourcing, utilization strategies, and cost optimization models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, influence across levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, creating dashboards, tracking key performance indicators.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, complex workflows in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to senior leadership.
