
Transformational Team Leadership Opportunity

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring users receive efficient and timely support on complaints and inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring problem management databases to ensure timely resolution of problems
- Coordinating with cross-functional dependencies to achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and drive action on prioritizing resolutions
- Defining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitoring adherence
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, status reports, and graphical reporting aids to meet departmental needs
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- At least three years of related team management experience
- Age not exceeding 35 years
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field
- 6-10 years of experience in telecommunications, internet services provider or video service provider background
- Fluency in English and one additional language (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada)
