Office Leasing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Office Leasing Manager to join our team and drive leasing transactions in the Gurgaon market.

  • Achieve revenue targets through active leasing mandates, ensuring timely execution and effective client relationships.
  • Source new business opportunities through networking, site visits, and direct outreach, leveraging your strong industry connections.
  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable office spaces, utilizing your expertise in commercial leasing and real estate dynamics.
  • Manage end-to-end leasing transactions from prospecting to closure, providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and market analysis reports, showcasing your excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, developers, consultants, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and business forums, promoting our brand and services.
  • Continuously track and map demand-supply across Gurgaon's office market, staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in office leasing or commercial transactions.
  • Proven ability in business development and deal closure, with a strong understanding of commercial leasing and real estate dynamics.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and work independently.
  • Comfortable interacting with CXOs and senior decision-makers, with a consultative sales approach and proven experience in managing corporate clients.
