
Unlock Long-Term Growth as a Senior Retention Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned retention expert to spearhead our user reactivation initiatives and drive long-term growth.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to prevent user churn and re-engage lapsed listeners. Your expertise in predictive modeling, campaign execution, and analytical insights will help us identify and mitigate risk factors that impact our subscriber base.
Your mission is to design and implement targeted campaigns that resonate with our users and provide a compelling reason for them to return to our platform. By leveraging your knowledge of marketing automation platforms and A/B testing methodologies, you'll optimize our efforts to deliver maximum ROI and drive sustainable business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Churn Prevention:
- IDentify At-Risk Users: Utilize predictive models and data analysis to pinpoint listeners at risk of disengagement or churn.
- Design and Launch Proactive Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (push, in-app modals, email) triggered by at-risk behavior to re-engage users before they cancel their subscriptions.
- Lead Win-Back Initiatives: Architect and manage end-to-end strategies for bringing back churned subscribers, including segmenting users based on past listening behavior and time since churn.
- Craft Personalized Hooks: Test creative combinations of offers and hyper-personalized content to find the perfect reason for a listener to return.
- Test and Learn Rigorously: Continuously A/B test offers, messaging, and channels to build a playbook of cost-effective methods for reactivating different user cohorts.
- Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Own and report on core KPIs for your domain, including Churn Rate, Save Rate, Reactivation Rate, and ROI of campaigns, translating performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Be the Voice of Churn to Product: Act as the key feedback loop to Product and Content teams, providing clear data and qualitative insights on why users are leaving, helping them prioritize roadmap features that address core churn drivers.
