Senior Leadership Position

This leadership role is focused on driving retention, cross-selling and upsell initiatives within the employee health and benefits domain.

The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with c-level executives (cxos) and a deep understanding of saas solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to retain clients, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensure consistent revenue flow.
  • Engage with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, negotiate at senior levels, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Analyze business insights and drive personalized sales approaches using crm and analytics platforms.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of corporate sales experience in retention, cross-selling, and upsell within employee health and benefits and saas domains.
  • Proven track record of engaging with cxos to drive business growth and deepen client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of employee health and benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a saas-enabled environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work in a hybrid environment and commit to on-site presence for team collaboration and client engagement.
