Job Title: Tendering Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Tender Manager to join our team and spearhead our tendering efforts.

  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the tendering process, with a strong focus on identifying suitable government and institutional tenders.
  • They will be responsible for preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and managing the bidding process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from government portals, PSUs, and large institutions.
  2. Understand tender specifications and coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance.
  3. Prepare bid documents, technical proposals, and financial bids in coordination with design and accounts.
  4. Track deadlines, submission timelines, and post-bid clarifications or negotiations.
  5. Maintain a calendar of upcoming tenders and proactively plan submissions.
  6. Build relationships with tender authorities, consultants, and registration bodies.
  7. Maintain accurate documentation for EMDs, BGs, vendor registrations, and compliance records.
  8. Keep management informed on bid status, win-loss ratio, and future opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of tendering processes (GeM, CPP, eProc portals, etc.)
  • Strong documentation, compliance, and coordination skills
  • Understanding of event production, branding, or marketing verticals is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document formatting
  • Good communication and negotiation ability

A minimum of 1 year of experience in tender management, preferably in events, advertising, or infrastructure sectors.
