Job Title: Government Tendering Specialist

This role involves managing the entire tendering process from identifying opportunities to finalizing contracts.

  1. Identify and track government tenders through various portals and notifications, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with tender requirements.
  2. Prepare technical and commercial proposals that meet tender specifications and deadlines.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and certifications, streamlining the submission process.
  4. Evaluate technical bids, conduct compliance checks, and ensure all submissions meet tender specifications.
  5. Handle pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and negotiations with tender authorities, fostering strong relationships.
  6. Stay up-to-date with government procurement policies, e-procurement systems, and compliance requirements, maintaining a competitive edge.
  7. Develop cost estimations, price bids, and profitability analysis, providing valuable insights for business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4–5 years in government tendering, techno-commercial, or bidding roles.
  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation, contracts, BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
  • Hands-on experience with GeM portal, CPPP, e-tendering, and e-procurement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
